CNEL Agreement<\/h5>\n
Late last night, the crisis management committee received a verbal proposal from CNEL to restore power to the community. We replied to CNEL with our written understanding of the terms of the agreement, and our acceptance of those terms. We have requested a written offer of agreement from CNEL, which we must send for review to a legal representative of our choice. We are told by intermediaries that CNEL will meet tomorrow morning to discuss our written offer of agreement.
