Negotiations with CNEL

We have a basic offer from CNEL to return our electricity. We are currently negotiating the details. We do not know exactly, to the dime, how much money will be involved. But the money is available to us and we have a strategy in place to transfer it from Canada to Ecuador. Please understand that this is a very delicate diplomatic and political process. It is not so simple as to flip a switch. This is Ecuador. Governance structures here are complex. It will take time to complete our talks. We understand that you are anxious for news.
